A new perspective for the city west.

The hidden and labyrinthine Kudamm Karree is being turned into a public space. Visual prominence on one hand, respectful integration on the other – this is what characterizes the design of Kurfürstendamm 207. The architecture blends in with the surrounding structures and sets accents at the same time. By opening the block a hidden landmark is revealed - the high rise office building which will receive a striking new facade design. And a spacious new plaza is created - a space for urban vitality, enough room to retreat and relax.
