FLEXIBLY DESIGNED OFFICE CENTRE NEAR MUNICH

The multi-functional office building in the municipality of Haar is situated directly on the eastern fringe of Munich city. In the vicinity of Munich’s trade fair centre, the property features an excellent transport infrastructure through being close to the autobahn and a bus service run by Munich’s public transport system. The concrete skeleton structure allows the surface area of the five storey building to be flexibly partitioned. In 2013/14, the CELLS Group completely renovated the office complex which was built in 1981.
